Learning Meditation Techniques, Meditation Methods for Deeper Self Awareness
"I Become Aware Of My Deeper Inner Reality"
People often think meditating is a complicated process and difficult to learn. In reality, with the proper meditation techniques, you can learn to use your mind to improve both your health and your spirituality. Meditation is nothing more than calming your mind and focusing on your inner self. There is nothing mysterious about it and it is one of the easiest forms of self-help that there is.

One of the most effective meditation is to choose a mantra. It consists of repetitive phrases that help you focus your thoughts. This can be any word or phrase that mean something positive to you. The phrase should bring calming thoughts. Some use a single syllable, others use a calming phrase.
I use techniques of meditation without stress and meditation methods with deep relaxation
Find a comfortable, quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for awhile. Meditation techniques like transcendental meditation always work best when you are free of physical stress. That can mean something as an uncomfortable position or chair. Some people even prefer to lie down or meditate at bedtime before they sleep. Relaxing the body is the most important of successful meditation methods. For if your body is screaming for attention you can’t focus your thoughts inward.
Relax your body, beginning at your toes. You may want to imagine a waterfall running over your toes and sapping all the tension from them. Then let it creep up your legs, your hips, your torso until your entire body is free from tension. All the while, you may be reciting your mantra or emptying your mind of stray thoughts. These two meditation methods work very well in helping you to achieve a state of relaxation. (Mantra Chanting is another good example)

Other meditation methods emphasize breathing above all else. The theory is that if your breathing is controlled you’ll be better able to relax your body.At the same time freeing your mind of clutter. Regulating your breathing meditation is also highly beneficial to your physical health.
“Choiceless self awareness” is another more popular and beautiful meditation technique. It is a state of not really thinking but letting your senses flow without attaching to them. You may imagine that you are an orb floating in space, observing but not manipulating.
Because we have learned in the past to control so much, it might feel a little strange in the beginning to let go of the controlling. Slowly, step by step your courage will increase. With that your inner peace and joy will grow.
There are many effective ways to meditation. We are sure you’re going to find one that’s perfect for you.
