•Focus on your Posture
This is the first important moment of each meditation session. Why is it so important? – Because you will be able to deeply relax while you are keeping your spine straight. Besides, your blood circulation also improves and as a result all nerves get the necessary amount of blood. Perhaps, that is why many people who are meditating on a regular basis become calmer and more peaceful than even before.
•Focus on your Breathing
It is the second important moment when learning meditation. The level of effect you will get from meditation is directly up to how properly you are breathing while meditating. Breathing during meditation sessions is quite different from how we are usually breathing. Learning meditation begins with learning breathing as deeply and slowly as you can. Deep and slow breathing results in an abundance of oxygen in your blood which is vital for proper functioning of your mind and body. The more oxygen you breath in, the more effective your mediations will be.


•Focus only on positive
Many beginners face physic problems while learning meditation. But do not worry! Every guru has faced such issues at the beginning. Here are 2 simple steps to minimize all physic and mental issues you may have while meditating:

1.Meditate with a spiritual teacher or help yourself in getting rid of all negative feelings/thoughts.

For many people quieting their mind and trying to focus on positive is the main physic problem. As while meditating they may feel even more anxiety or other annoying physic issues because of their hurt, emotional wounds they have experienced in past.

Of course, in this case, it is too hard to concentrate only on positive thoughts. But you may meditate under an experienced spiritual teacher’s control. Or just write down all your negative thoughts and feelings on a paper. This will help you: a) see the real essence of the problem bothering you, and b) keep your mind away from all negative.

2.Be regular in meditating.

The second key to complete peace is doing meditations on a regular basis. Of course, like many beginners, in your first days suppressed feelings and / or thoughts might come up ,repeatedly. But if you are regular in your efforts you will succeed in achieving peace you want.
