Sleeping Disorders
"Rejuvenate your Brain Cells"
Sleeping is a vital unintentional reflex that the human body makes, when you need to sleep you have to sleep. Resting deep at night has endless benefits as your brain cells reproduce and rejuvenate while you’re sleeping. Also, your eyes and mind rest and you gain much more other benefits.

God made us and put for us the perfect schedule as we have to sleep at night and wake up in the morning. That’s why he made the morning sunny and shiny, and night dark and calm for our system to be ready for work and studying in the morning, and therefore rest in the night. So a good mental health condition is your birthright.
Some people have problems and their system works in a weird way, they just can't sleep. They go for days, weeks and even months without sleeping which makes their system collapse despite medications, psychological and medical tests and cures.
Insomnia is inability to sleep or to remain asleep throughout the night. Its causes can be due to many reasons, maybe physical, psychological or it can be innate.
Other sleeping disorders can be related to depression. People who are depressed just can't sleep, however when they go to see a therapist they are helped through the depression and gradually go back to sleeping.

Another challenge is sleeping too much. This can be sleeping all day and night or sometimes just stay lying in bed for days; this may be caused by the Tsetse fly.
Anxiety and exhaustion causes two different disorders, either not sleeping at all and collapsing or letting go and snoring (making a huge nasal voice while at rest)
