Lack Of Sleep

"Benefits of a Complete Sleep"

Sleeping, is most of the time is associated with laziness. It can be associated, but not most of the time. Sleeping is a part of a healthy lifestyle. One of the reasons for that is during the first 4 hours of your sleep at night between 11 p.m. – 3 a.m. that is the time when your cells in your body are regenerating. That’s why it’s really important to sleep early or before 11 p.m. you should be on your bed sleeping.

This can be tricky too. How about the people who are working on shifting schedules and can’t take advantage of sleeping early? Does this mean that their cells will not regenerate when they’ll sleep? They will still regenerate, but not as optimal when you get to sleep before 11 p.m. As long as you’ll be able to sleep undisturbed for 4-5 hours your cells, will still regenerate much better if you sleep straight undisturbed for 9 hours
