Interesting, all those meditation studies come basically to the very same conclusion: Meditation Does Work. Yoga Does Work. Binaural Beats Work. Imagine to have those 3 powerful tools combined in 1 package... :-) Why did nobody think about this before??

In the next video it's time to get wet... (remember what I've told you in the 2nd video?) Tomorrow you will do 3 short meditations with me and you will get a good inside view on how the Brainwave Meditation Movements (or should I say Movement?) look/s like.
